Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter3/4 c. granulated sugar2 large eggs1tbsp vanilla1tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. baking powder2 c. flour1/2 c. nonfat milk2-1/2 c. blueberriesFOR TOPPING1 tbsp sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375
2. Grease muffin pan with nonfat cooking spray
3. In bowl, mix butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
4. Add one egg at a time and beat after each.
5. Beat in vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder
6. With spoon, fold in half of flour then half of milk into batter; repeat.
7. Fold in blueberries
8. Spoon into muffin pan and sprinkle topping on each muffin.
9. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and springy to touch.
