Tuna Salad "Bowls"

Ingredients
(1) 3.5oz can low-sodium chuck light tuna packed in water1.5 tbsp champagne or red wine vinaigrette4 small pimiento-stuffed green olives, chopped1/8c juiced-packed mandarin oranges, drianed2 tsp minced red onion1/2 tsp minced garlic1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut in half lengthwise
Directions
Stir in all ingredients except bell pepper in a medium bowl.
Spoon half of the ingredients into each of the bell peppers.
Serve immediately.
