Ingredients
juice of 5 lemons (real lemon juice not concentrated)1/4 cup pure maple syrup (grade B is better to use but can use grade A)4 cups spring water only. (Not city or 'drinking' water).1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
Directions
Juice lemons and place juice in a pitcher. Add the maple syrup, water and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Keep refrigerated.

    This is the only thing you drink for 10 days. Nothing else is to be eaten or nothing else to drink. I tried this over a year ago and it really didn't fill me up. - 10/23/08

    If you don't know all the information about this cleanse, you may do more harm than good. Definetly consult a physician before you do this, if you have dietary needs or restrictions this would not be for you. - 9/29/08
