Low carb pizza crust - makes two

Ingredients
1.5c Almond flour2 eggs4oz plain Greek yogurt4 cups Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Melt mozzarella in microwave (~3min). In food processor, combine flour, eggs, yogurt. Add cheese. Pour mixture onto parchment paper covered cookie tray. Bake until starting to brown (~10 minutes). Add toppings, return to oven until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes 2 pizzas, serving size 1/8 of one pizza
