Ginger Sesame Chicken & Noodles

2/3 cup rice vinegar2/3 cup thinly sliced green onions4 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger4 teaspoons Asian garlic-chili sauce1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1 tablespoon olive oil1 medium onion, sliced12 ounces spaghetti1 tablespoon sesame oil
In a zip top bag, combine vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic-chili sauce. Add chicken, mix to coat, seal and refrigerate 1 hour.
In a large pot, cook spaghetti until al dente.
While spaghetti is cooking, heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add chicken reserving liquid and saute over high heat until chicken is cooked. Add onions and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining liquid and cook another 5 minutes.
Before draining pasta, add 1/4 cup pasta liquid to chicken and sauce to help thicken.
Drain pasta and return to pot. Drizzle pasta with sesame oil. Pour chicken and sauce over chicken and toss to combine. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
