Surfdols Italian Meatball Rotini

Ingredients
2 - 14.5 oz cans of crushed tomatoes2 - 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with basil, galic and oregano2 - 15 oz cans of tomato sauce1 large white onion, chopped1 medium green bell pepper4 garlic cloves, chopped1 T olive oil6 t. Italian seasoning 2 t. Garlic powder1 bag of frozen meatballs1 16 oz box of Rotini Pasta
Directions
Chop/dice the garlic, onion and green bell pepper, set aside. Heat olive oil in dutch oven or large sauce pan, add onion and bell peppers, saute until softened (6 - 8 mins). Add garlic and saute for another minute. Add 1 cup of beef broth and simmer until liquid is reduced by at least half. Add crushed tomatoes, add diced tomatoes crushing them by hand and tomato sauce, Italian seasonings and garlic powder and continue to simmer on low for an hour. Add the meatballs and simmer for another 30 minutes. Add Rotini pasta and 2 cups of water, simmer until pasta is soft and extra liquid is absorbed. Add more liquid and cook longer if pasta isn't done to your liking.
