2 Tbs. Extra virgin olive oilJuice from 1/2 lemon5 leaves Fresh basil2 sprigs Fresh dill1 small sprig Fresh oregano1 sprig Fresh thyme (I used Lemon Thyme)6 leaves Fresh mint2 tsp. Minced garlic2 tsp. Kosher salt2 tsp. Dried marjoram2 tsp. Sumac
I used fresh herbs, but if they are not available to you feel free to use dried.
In a bowl pour combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Mix well then add salt, dried herbs, and sumac.
Place salmon in a non-porous dish and pout marinade over. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Serving Size: Makes enough to cover two portions
