Ingredients
2 Cups Flour3/4 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/3 Cup Splenda1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 teaspoon SaltGlaze1/4 cup Confectioner's Sugar1 tablespoon Skim MilkLemon Juice
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray bottoms of muffin tins. Beat egg, stir in milk, applesauce and blueberries. Add dry ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from tins and top with glaze.
