Gortons Classic Grilled Salmon, 1 filetHellmans Low Fat Mayo, 1 tbsp (remove)Mission Carb Balance Fajita size - 1 flour tortillaKraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 1 slicePace Hot All Natural Chunky Salsa, 1 tbsp Spinach, fresh, .25 cup Tomato, Fresh, 1 Med,1/4 to 1/2 serving
1. Unwrap 1 Filet...ziplock other & put back in fridge or freezer.
2. place in microwave safe dish & cover with paper towel. Heat for 1.5 minutes.
3. Smash around after heating and heat for another 1 minute.
4. While heating, put mayo & salsa in a cup & mix. Put tortilla on a plate & cover with cheese slice (I always tear slice in half & put down middle). Cover cheese with spinach. Slice up tomato as preffered.
5. When fish is done, pour onto spinach. Heat for 30 more seconds.
6. When done heating, cover with salsa mayo mixture & tomotoes.
7. Fold in half & cut in half! Enjoy!
