*Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove) *Peaches, fresh, 2 cup slices (remove) Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove) *Cucumbers - Mini - Fresco (1 serving = 1 cucumber 80g), 3 serving (remove) Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Layer cucumbers, spinach, pepper, bananas, and peaches in vitamix. Add about 1/2 c water, then blend on low, moving to high for about 1 minute or until smooth. Can add ice instead of water-- I use fresh peaches that I flash froze last summer (without any additives or preservatives) instead of ice.
