Greek Lamb Burger

Ingredients
1 Ciabatta Roll1 tbsp. Tzatziki100g British Lamb Steak1 tsp Olive Oil100 g Courgette100 g Rocket1/2 Red Pepper150 g Button Mushrooms1 tsp Oregano40 g Feta Cheese1 Red Onion
Directions
1.Heat a grill pan or barbecue plate until it is hot.
2.Brush the vegetables with half of the olive oil and cook for 2 minutes each side, until tender and slightly char-grilled. Remove and keep warm.
3.Season the lamb with oregano and a spinkle of salt, and sear on both sides with the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
4.Toast the Ciabatta bread, spread with tzatziki and top with the grilled vegetables, lamb and feta.
