Most of the prep time occurred because I like to use Fresh uncut watermelon.8 cups of cut up watermelon3 cups of frozen unsweetened Blueberries2 tablespoons of Honey1/2 cup of Pro-biotic Lo Fat plain yogurtPlace ingredients into blender and blend thoroughly. Enjoy!
