Grilled Orange Roughy w/ Crabmeat Stuffing Orange Roughy (fish), 3 oz crabmeat stuffing, 0.25 cup Garlic powder, .5 tsp Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Rinse fish and place on a piece of foil after making a small slit in the thickest part of the filet. You will then fill slit with the crabmeat stuffing and top with garlic powder or your favorite seasoning and pat or butter. Roll down foil and roll up sides like you would a baked potato. Ready grill and grill fish for approximately 15-20 minutes making sure that the crabmeat is heated thoroughly.
