Serves: 22Ingredients½ c. applesauce1/4 c. Splenda2 tbsp brown sugar1 mashed banana¼ c. water1 Tbsp. vanilla extract1 egg½ tsp. baking soda¼ tsp. salt1/2 tbsp. cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg½ c. whole wheat flour2scp. Visalus 1scp. Choc. Whey Protein Powder½ c. old fashioned oats½ c. raisins3 c. high fiber cereal (Fiber One protein granola)¼ c. ground flax seed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl stir together applesauce, honey, peanut butter, water, vanilla, egg, protein powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
Toss in the oats, fruit, cereal, and flax seed.
Drop onto a greased cookie sheet in ¼ scoops.
Bake 11-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 22 - 1/4 cup servings
