Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
1- 48 gram thin crust flat bread2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce2 ounces low fat mozzarella cheese2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw2 sliced mushrooms4 slices tomato
Directions
place flat bread on cookie sheet.
Add pizza sauce then top with tomato slices, green peppers, onion and mushrooms. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Let stand for a few minutes then cut in half and enjoy both pieces.
