Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 can Great Value Red Beans (drained)1 can Great Value Black Beans (drained and rinsed)1 can Rotel Tomatoes2 c. frozen Great Value yellow sweet corn2 c. frozen green beans1 pkg Great Value Taco SeasoningGarnish with Sour Cream, cilantro
Directions
Brown93% lean ground beef with chopped onions. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning (package directions)

Add red beans (drained), along with black beans, rotel tomatoes, frozen vegetables.

Add 5 cups of water. Season to taste.

Simmer for 45-50 minutes.

Garnish with low fat sour cream, cilantro and salsa.
