Spicy Asparagus with Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 T wok oil2 tsp. toasted sesame oil1 T minced ginger1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces3.5 oz. shiitake or white mushrooms1 T. tamari sauce or gluten-free soy sauce1 T. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Heat wok and sesame seed oil in wok or nonstick saute pan over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes and saute 1 minute.

Add asparagus and mushrooms. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until asparagus is just tender.

Add the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Combine well. Serve hot.
