6 oz extra lean ground turkey breast1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce1/4 cup red kidney beans1/4 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded1/8 cup onions2 white corn tortillas 2 Tbs salsa1 tsp Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning blend1 cup cucumber, chopped1 roma tomato, chopped
Brown and season ground turkey breast.
Chop lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
Rinse and drain beans.
Crumble the tortillas.
Combine turkey, cheese, vegetables and beans.
Sprinkle crumbled tortillas over the top.
Serving Size: makes two 2 1/2 cup servings
