Toasted Oat and Fruit High Carb Chocolate Infused Bar

100g Toasted Oats100g Dried Apricots75g Raisins75g Dried Prunes2 tbsp Pure Cocoa (no sugar added)
1. Blend all fruit in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
2. Then add the toasted oats and cocoa powder and process some more until well mixed
3. Line a small 4" x 8" rectangular tray with grease proof paper and fill tray with the mixture and press into place.
4. Add another layer of grease proof paper the the top and then press down lightly with an identically size tray to achieve a denser bar with an even top and bottom surface.
5. Remove shaped patty from the tray onto a chopping board, remove top liner and dust with additional cocoa powder to taste.
6. Then cut into 8 even pieces and store in fridge until ready to use.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1"x2" inch pieces
