SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL. MIX EGG & PUMPKIN IN SEPARATE BOWL, THEN ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS. SPOON INTO MUFFIN CUPS. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MIN. UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
