1/2 scoop Whey Protein Isolate, or MP whey (cinnamon bun) 1/4 cup 100% Pure Pumpkin 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 egg white2oz Pumpkin Spice TeaStevia to taste
Heat a nonstick pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
Meanwhile, mix all ingredients.
Pour batter onto griddle. Turn pancake over when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Serve warm!
