My mum's yogurt salad

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup of low fat plain yogurt3 slices of peeled cucumber4 cherry tomatoes1 outer leafe of lettuce30grams of sweetcorn (boiled and drained)salt/pepper (optional)
1. Cut all the vegetables ( cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lettuce) into small pieces.
2. Mix the low fat yogurt in the mixer.(or by hand)
3. Place the yogurt into a bowl and pour all the vegetables and sweetcorn on top.
4. Stir the mixture.
5. Add salt or pepper for taste.
