Peanut Butter Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups minute or old fashioned oats1/4 cup natural peanut butter1 banana2 eggs2 cup milk1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1.5 cups flour1/2 tsp salt2 T sugar1T baking powder1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Put oats in food processor & run for a minute or so. Add next 3 ingredients and run until smoothish. Add about a cup of milk while pureeing. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. Scoop 1/3 cup portions onto hot pan and cook. Serve with syrup or jam.

Serving Size: 1 recipe makes 15 1/3 cup size pancakes.
