Cloves1/2 tsp.Ginger1/2 tsp.nutmeg2 teaspoon baking soda1-1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup stevia (optional)16oz canned pumpkin1 cup egg substitute 1 cup applesauce1/2 cup Greek yogurt3/4 cup craisins
Combine egg substitute, applesauce, pumpkin, and yogurt together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Divide into 2 prepared loaf pans.
