(combine 1 egg white, 2T milk, 1T oj and 1/2t cinnamon) Dip 2 slices Sara Lee 45 cal whole wheat bread in mix then cook. Combine 1T oj, 1T lowfat cream cheese and 1t powdered sugar - spread on the french toast top with 1/2 c raspberries
