Healthier Banana Oat Muffins

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 cup Quick Dry Oats2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1 Egg1/3 cup Agave1/2 cup Applesauce3/4 cup Whole Milk1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 cup Mashed Banana
In a medium bowl mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl slightly beat the egg. Add the milk, applesauce, agave, vanilla and mashed banana. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until mixed. Spray large muffin tins and Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool and enjoy!
