Vegetable Chicken Alfredo with Rotini

22 oz bag Tyson Grilled & Ready Diced Chicken Breast1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil8 oz Ronzini Smart Taste Rotini1 jar Classico Four cheese Alfredo8 oz 2% milk1 can mushrooms1/2 cup frozen peas & carrots1/4 cup Kroger Recipe Beginnings Mirepoix Cajun Style Blend
1. Heat 6 cups water to boiling in dutch oven. Once it's boiling, add Rotini and cook according to package directions.
2. In large skillet, brown chicken, Mirepoix Blend, peas & carrots & mushrooms in olive oil.
3. Add Afredo sauce & milk, mix well, reduce heat & simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to alfredo mix.
