3 oz fresh pumpkin seeds 1/2 tbs olive oil (I like a specialty black truffle olive oil or other at any specialty store!)Salt and pepper to taste
Prep time not including carving pumpkin ;) Preheat oven to 370F. Take raw pumpkin seeds (rinse if carved from pumpkin), patt dry and toss on oil. Spread on non stick pan (you can use spray) and bake 10-15 min until golden brown!
