Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 banana)1/2 cup whole grain oats
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. In food processor, coarsely grind the oats. Add to mashed banana and stir until combined. Scoop out onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.

    This is good! Not really a cookie, kinda like miniature banana bread in texture. My family loves them. Just be sure to use very ripe bananas for sweetness. - 4/15/15
