Shrimp and veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
24 oz. raw shrimp2 large whole carrots1 med zucchini1 Med raw onion1 cup sliced mushroom1 med green pepper3 tsp chopped garlic5 cups of cooked long grain rice6 tbsp All Purpose Stir Frycracked pepper & Sea Saltseasmee seedsseasmee seed oil
Directions
heat up the wok add seamee seed cooking oil & shrimp add garlic, black pepper, and salt. Cook shrimp and stir until pink. Add all other ingredients except the seeds and rice.
Cook on Med untl slightly soft.
Add the seeds.
Place a spoon of the shrimp & veggie stir fry on top of rice.
