Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 0.25 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz), .25 serving
Preheat oven to 350
Coat a muffin tin with spray
Chop veggies and put in the bottom of tin
Put cheese in tin
Mix egg and greek yogurt
Spoon yogurt and egg mixture into tins
Cook 15-20 minutes until they rise
Serving Size: makes 12 egg dishes
