2 cups dry oatmeal1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/3 cup brown sugar3 egg whites4 tbsp Promise light butter1 tbsp vanilla extract1 oz pecans, chopped1/3 cup raisins2 small bananas
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl compine oatmeal, flour, baking soda, brown sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix well with an electric mixer. Add pecans, raisins, and banana. Mix well. Place 2" round balls of dough on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. This recipe makes about 18 servings.
