Chicken and Black Beans

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil 2 chicken breasts, diced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced One 14-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained 1/4 cup Salsa 1 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Splenda One 14-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed Shredded cheese, sour cream, olives
Directions
In a large saucepan, sauté the chicken, onion, and garlic in the olive oil until chicken is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 10- 15 minutes until thickened. Serve with cheese and sour cream, and sliced olives.
