Amazing Bran Muffins!

Ingredients
1 cup of bran flakes/cereal1/4 cup soy milk 1 cup all purpose flower 1/2 cup of honey ( I use a little less though) 1/4 cup of melted margarine 2/3 cup of mashed ripe banana 1.5 tsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger/ any 'sweet' spices
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Soak bran cereal in milk for 5 minutes while, combining remaining ingedients in another bowl.
Add cereal mixture.
Beat at medium speed until well combined and put into paperlined muffin cups and bake for 20- 25 minutes, or until they spring back when you touch them. Let em' cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
