Ingredients
200 grams or 2 cups Hummus,1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped1 medium RED onion, chopped1 large tomato chopped, seeded 1 small red bell pepper, chopped50 grams Feta Cheese, crumbledRitz crackers or pita bread
Directions
Spread hummus onto dish or platter with sides.
Layer cucumber, then onion, red bell pepper, tomato then feta on top.

Serve with Ritz crackers or pita bread
