Light single-serving apple crumbles (w/ applesauce)

- 4 apples, or 400g of applesauce- 40g of natural oat flakes (not cereal ones !)- 25g of flour (whole grain is better than white)- 40g of brown sugar- 35g of light margarine- powdered cinnamon- 4 individuals cake pans that can go into the oven (typically 3-inches ones)
Preheat your oven to th.6 (180°C).
If you have some apples and not appesauce, cut them into small strips.
Put 1/4 of the apples/applesauce into each cake pan, and pour some cinnamon.
In a bowl, add the sugar, oats and flour. Then mix with the margarine, using your fingers to obtain a crumbly pastry mixture.
Put 1/4 of the mixture onto each apple preparation.
Bake in the oven until crispy and brown (about 30 minutes).
Serving Size: Makes 4 single servings
