Turkey Italian Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
20oz Honey Suckle White Turkey Italian Sausage2 large green peppers2 medium onionsgarlic to taste
Directions
Slice peppers and onions into 1/3" pieces. Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute peppers, onions and garlic in skillet over medium-high heat until almost tender.
Cut sausage links into chunks (or leave whole). Add sausage to skillet and brown. Place lid on pan and lower heat to medium-low for 15-20 minutes, until sausage is cooked through. Remove lid and continue to cook to reduce some of the liquid in the pan.

Serve over rice or on rolls.

    This is a quick, easy meal that tastes FABulous! My family likes to use red, orange, & yellow peppers in addition to the usual green for eye appeal.

    We serve it with small red potatoes and a salad. - 7/29/08
