2 cups chopped Cranberries 1.5 cups quartered red grapes 3/4 cup Organic cane sugar 1/3 cup chopped Pecans 1 tub So Delicious CocoWhip
Coarsely chop cranberries in food processor or pulse lightly in blender. Add sugar and let rest in fridge overnight. The next day, add grapes, nuts, and whipped topping and stir well. Put it into the fridge for at least an hour before serving to let flavors meld. Can also be served frozen, it's a different texture, but still very good.
