1 1/2 cups dry oats4 Scoops Elite XT4 Egg whites1/2 Cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl using a whisk or wooden spoon. Gradually as you stir, add water to allow the batter to become "cake" like.
Line with parchment paper a small rectangular pan.
Bake at 375F for 20 min.
Test with toothpick.
Remove from oven and cool.
Once cool, cut into 4 equal bars.
Wrap in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container in refrigerator for week's use.
