Vegetarian Honey Mustard "Chicken" Pasta

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 box pasta (any kind - I used shells)1 stalk broccoli, chopped1 package Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter1 cup light honey mustard salad dressing
Boil large pot of water. Add pasta to water. Place steamer on top of pot and add broccoli and chicken strips to steamer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Drain pasta and add broccoli and chicken. Mix in salad dressing until well coated. Enjoy!

A great starter recipe-- you can go anywhere with it. I used Wacky Mac vegetable pasta, added small red grapes, chopped celery, and assorted peppers. The bottled honey-mustard was fat free and I had to add a heaping Tbl of Dijon mustard as it tasted flat. Thanks for posting this, it got me started! - 7/19/09
