Healthy Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Silk vanilla light soymilk (or skim milk with a teaspoon of vanilla)1 1/3 cups of frozen strawberries1 scoop of Whey protein (30 g)1/2 cup of Edy's Berry Rainbow Sherbet (or any other sherbet of your choice...optional)
Directions
Place strawberries in blender first, followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend well, and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings, approximately 3 cups total yield.
