1 can (3.5 servings) Rosarita no fat refried beans1 can ( 2 servings) Cattle Drive Gold chili with beans13 oz lean ground beef7.5 oz cooked, grated Yukon Gold potatoes (about 1 large or 2 small potatoes)Enough water to make 12 cups of soup
Empty chili and beans into soup pot. Brown lean ground beef and season with chili lime seasoning, chili powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste. Add meat to soup pot. Rinse frying pan with water, stir to pick up seasonings, and add to soup. Add enough water to achieve 12 cups of soup. Heat thoroughly.
