Apple Chops

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 clove of garlic, minced2 - 3 oz. bonless pork chops2 cups of peeled and diced apples1 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp grainy mustard (Grey Poupon)
Directions
Combine oil and garlic over med-high heat. Place the pork chops in the center of the skillet. Toss the apples with the vinegar and then place in the skillet between the cops and the edge of the pan. Cook for 6 minutes, turning pork once and the apples a few times. When ready to serve, top the pork chops with mustard. Makes 2 servings (1 chop and 1 cup of diced apples).

    Cook time will vary based on heat and thickness of chops. I had to cook mine for 10 minutes. I definitely suggest making a pan sauce to get all the yummy stuff stuck to the pan. - 4/29/08
