Ingredients
12 oz. Light Tuna in water4 Club Crakers2 tbsp. onion flakes1 tbsp Parsley flakes1 oz. Chopped Celery1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oilpepper to taste
Directions
Crumble Crackers, mix together all ingredients except olive oil
Heat frying pan , add oil to pan,
shape ingredients into patties
cook for about 5 minutes

    I may be prejuidiced seeing that I am married to Tealdy5, but this is one of the best recipes that she has ever come up with. Delicious and moist. These tuna burgers have almost cured my addiction to Hamburgers!!!! I did not make this but I sure enjoy eating them when my wife fixes this recipe. - 5/21/08
