DIY NACHO CHEESE CHIPS (DORITOS)

6 6-inch corn tortillas1 Tbsp Olive oil3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese grated1 1/2 tsp Chili powder1 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika1/2 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay tortillas on rimmed baking sheet and brush with oil on both sides.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, chili powder, smoked paprika and salt. toss the sliced tortillas in the spice mix and lay them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Serve when cooled and ejoy
