Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup Beans, white, 1 cupLima Beans, 1 cup Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove (optional)gratedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cut carrots into cubes.Olive oil 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Serve with a fillet of steam cod or any other fish.
(good source of fiber, try using other beans combination)
