Prosciutto-Wrapped Cod

Ingredients
2 6-ounce cod fillets4 thin slices prosciutto
Directions
Rinse and dry fish. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap each fillet in 2 pieces of prosciutto. Cook over medium-high heat, 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
