Ingredients:Whole Wheat Flour, 1.50 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspSkippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 3/4 cupButter, unsalted, 0.50 cupBrown Sugar, 0.50 cup, unpackedGranulated Sugar, 0.50 cupimitation vanilla flavoring, 1 tspBrewer's Yeast, 3 tbspFlax Seed, 1 cupWater, tap, 1/3 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 2 cups (1 bag)Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal, 1.75 cupPreheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
In a large bowl, beat Peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, brewer's yeast, flax and water until creamy.
Mix in eggs.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Mix in nuts (optional) and chocolate chips.
Add oats slowly, mixing along the way.
Place balls of dough onto greased baking sheet (I prefer using coconut oil)
Press down each ball lightly with a fork.
Bake 12 minutes. at 350 degrees
