Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
6 oz pink salmon skinless/boneless (pouch)1/3 C red bell pepper (chopped)2 green onions (chopped)1/4 jalapeno pepper (chopped)2 cloves garlic (chopped)1/2 tsp seasoned saltdash cayenne pepper1 egg1 C crushed saltine crackersjuice of 1/2 lime or lemon
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Form patties as you put into a non stick skillet. Patties will be very wet, but will set as they cook. Flip with caution. If they fall apart, put them back together, but don't worry too much about it. Cook on medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until set..

Remove from heat and serve.
Makes 5- 3" patties
