Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa cooked1 pound ground pork1 tart apple peeled and grated1/2 white onion, grated1l2 cup italian breadcrumbs1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 large egg
Directions
mix all in a bowl. make small balls. bake 350 about 25 to 20 minutes till brown.
